FAQ [Hardware & Software Requirements]

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

MARS-IW is developed in Microsoft Visual Basic and will function on all releases of Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows XP, Windows Vista and 

Windows 7.  The recommended and supported releases are as follows:

 Windows 2000  Workstation

 Windows XP Home and Pro

 Windows 7

 SQL Server 2000/2005

Recommended Client Configuration

·         1 Ghz or better

·         2 Gigabyte RAM

·         CD ROM

·         Hard Drive

Recommended Server Configuration

·         2 Ghz or better

·         4 Gigabyte RAM

·         CD ROM

·         Hard Drive

  A Remote connection to the Windows 2000/2003 Server where MARS-IW Server is installed is required to receive support from NBDS, Inc.  

    Be sure it is set up and tested with NBDS, Inc.

At least SQL Server 2000/2005 must be installed on the Server and each Client running MARS-IW.
