Users have the ability to enable manual unit cost price changes in a single order. To turn this feature on, simply edit your profile and check “Allow cost edit on order.”
Once this feature in enabled, you will be able to double click on the cost of any line item in the order. Adjust the price and hit enter to save (ESC to abort). The price is now changed for this item on this order. The unit cost price change is only effective for the current order. Permanent price changes should be done on the item maintenance page.
The price can also be edited from the Item Detail view:
